Refund policy

We also know that real, meaningful support takes consistency, which is why our policy includes two distinct options depending on your purchase: our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for eligible 3-bottle orders, and our standard 14-day return policy for unopened products.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We believe H·28 works best when it is given a full opportunity to support your body over time. Our formulas are designed to be used consistently across multiple cycles, not just for a few days.

For that reason, our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is available exclusively on 3-bottle orders, which are intended to provide a full 90-day supply. To be eligible, you must complete the full 90-day course before requesting a refund.

To qualify for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your original purchase must be a 3-bottle order.

  • You must have used the product consistently for the full 90 days, following the recommended use instructions.

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 15 days of completing your 90-day course, and no later than 105 days from your purchase date.

  • You must provide your original order number or proof of purchase.

  • You must submit a brief account of your experience. This is not intended to prevent refunds — it simply helps us better understand your results and improve the customer experience.

We designed this policy because we believe in giving the product a fair and complete trial. Since H·28 is designed for consistent use over time, requests made before completing the full 90-day course may not qualify for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Standard 14-Day Return Policy

For all other purchases, including single-bottle orders, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a standard return:

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Because H·28 products are ingestible wellness supplements, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used products outside of the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This is for the safety and integrity of all customers.

To start a return, contact us at hello@h28health.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item.

Please do not send items back without first receiving approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@h28health.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a photo of the item. Once reviewed, we will make it right with either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded outside of the conditions listed above:

  • Opened or partially used supplement products, except under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Products not purchased directly from H·28

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
